Cobbler Union only sell its products direct to the consumer through two main websites:

INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE:

www.cobbler-union.eu. ALL products purchased through our international website will ship from Spain.

US WEBSITE:

If you live the UNITED STATES, you should visit our U.S. website: www.cobbler-union.com. Products purchased on our US website ship from our warehouse in the US.

US customers can also purchase our products at our boutique in Atlanta, GA.

If your size is out-of-stock, the fastest way for you to get your desired shoes will be to contact us.

Additionally we only carry stock in sizes ranging from 6UK to 12UK. If you wear a shoe smaller or larger then these sizes, we can make your shoe as a special order.

Every year, we accept a limited number of MTO requests. Please contact us to learn more.

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order (items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping address).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned and we'll gladly work with you to help you find another size or model you'll actually be able to keep.

Yes. We highly recommend you create an account when shopping with us. Please find the "My Account" icon in the main menu. When you click the link, you'll be able to enter your name, e-mail and create a password. Click Sign In to create your new Cobbler Union account. You can also subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on new products, discounts and events.

Having an account allows you to save various shipping addresses and view your order history. Please let us know if you have any trouble creating or accessing your account.

Absolutely, our shoes are a very nice gift to give. We'd be happy to write a brief handwritten note on your behalf as well. You can write us a note during the checkout process specifying how you'd like us to handle your gift.
